This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Renewal Director based in the United States.

This role is a high-impact, strategic customer leadership position focused on driving retention, renewal, and expansion across a portfolio of grocery retail partners. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them unlock measurable value from advanced retail media and digital marketing solutions. The role blends strategic account management, data-driven consulting, and commercial ownership, requiring the ability to translate complex campaign and shopper data into clear business outcomes. You will partner closely with marketing, merchandising, loyalty, and executive teams to shape growth strategies that increase engagement, loyalty, and incremental revenue. Operating in a fast-paced, analytics-led environment, you will identify risks and opportunities early and proactively design solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships. This is a highly visible role reporting into senior leadership and playing a key part in customer retention and platform expansion.
