Job Description
The Senior Consultant, Enterprise Workforce Planning leads complex workforce planning initiatives and supports enterprise decision-making through advanced analytics, workforce insights, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning activities. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to support forecasting, workforce strategy development, and executive-level planning discussions. The role requires someone who can independently manage planning initiatives, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and translate workforce data into strategic recommendations and executive-ready materials.
