This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director/Sr Director, Sales Enablement - Consultant Enablement based in the United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving the operational engine behind consultant readiness, onboarding, and mobilization at scale. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring that consulting talent is fully prepared, compliant, and deployment-ready in alignment with fast-moving client demand. The role blends strategy and execution, requiring someone who can both design scalable systems and actively lead day-to-day operations. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Talent, Legal, HR, and Delivery teams to remove friction across the commercial lifecycle. A core focus will be building streamlined, automated, and data-driven enablement processes that improve speed-to-deploy. This is an opportunity to shape how a global consulting organization activates talent while improving both consultant experience and operational efficiency.
