About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager NPI within Business Group IC Solutions R03. Based at Nexperia’s headquarters in Nijmegen, you will lead the development and introduction of new Voltage Translator and Digital Isolator semiconductor products from concept through to market release.
In this role, you will take end-to-end accountability for R&D and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, managing business-critical and strategic initiatives across the full product development lifecycle. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards, while contributing to the continued growth of Nexperia’s IC Solutions portfolio.
What you will do
- Lead cross-functional project teams responsible for the design, testing, validation, qualification, and release of new Voltage Translator and Digital Isolator products.
- Define project resource requirements, build effective project teams, and provide leadership, coaching, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive project execution and ensure delivery against agreed specifications, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and gaps, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Oversee the product family pipeline and ensure alignment across multiple development projects.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices.
- Coach Project Leaders and team members and perform peer reviews to support team development and project excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure successful project outcomes and strategic alignment.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience within an international matrix organization.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.
- Experience with modern Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
