This role sits at the core of a fast-evolving commercial growth engine, bridging Sales and Marketing to ensure a steady flow of high-quality, well-qualified opportunities into the pipeline. You will design and optimize outbound and inbound lead generation strategies while ensuring sales teams have the data, insights, and tools needed to close deals efficiently. The position combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution, ranging from CRM management and funnel analysis to campaign creation and automation. You will play a key role in centralizing commercial operations within a single CRM system, improving visibility, speed, and performance across the entire revenue process. Working closely with sales leaders, SDRs, and account executives, you will directly influence pipeline quality and conversion outcomes. This is a highly operational and impact-driven role where structured thinking, ownership, and continuous improvement are essential.
