The Mission: Your Core Responsibilities

In this role, you have total "Command and Control" over your location. Your objective is simple: Operational Excellence.

Own the Shop: Take 100% responsibility for the P&L, daily output, and long-term health of your location.
Build the Bench: Actively mentor and upskill your crew, turning every team member into a top-tier professional.
Execute for Profit: Drive revenue through disciplined sales processes and meticulous cost management.
Perfect the Journey: Oversee the customer experience from the first "hello" to the final vehicle hand-off.
Standardize Success: Maintain a "white-glove" standard for shop cleanliness, safety, and technical workflow.
Strategize with Leadership: Work directly with the executive team to smash KPIs and scale our brand footprint.
