About the Role
As a Customer Experience Professional, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships and ensuring smooth service delivery throughout the customer journey. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve issues, improve processes, and create outstanding customer experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and working in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer communication channels and ensure timely responses.
Handle customer cases, inquiries, and issue resolution efficiently.
Support customer onboarding and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist with contract management and dispute resolution processes.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service excellence.
Monitor operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Deliver customer-focused solutions within established guidelines and procedures.
Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Coach and support less experienced team members when required.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Who We Are Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good understanding of operational processes and customer handling.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
Leadership potential with the ability to guide and support others.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
