Account Manager - Global Accounts

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of / and merchant active stores
  • Delivery of own sales targets – own portfolio of Accounts with sales operational metrics (e.g. Refund Ratio, Non-Exit Point Ratio, Non-Cash, MCC, and other KPI targets)
  • Improve merchants’ knowledge and expertise regarding our services
  • Perform, manage and coordinate SELL-OUT, and business support activities for assigned portfolio of merchants (TFS)
  • Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity
  • Follow GB guidelines and usage of GB sales tools 
  • Ensure that all relative market and business information is transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way

Additional: Division of work in percentage (please note that this is subject to change depending on business):

  • Commercial – [40%]
  • IT– [5%]
  • Finance – [5%]
  • Administration – [10%]
  • Reports Management – [10%]
  • Business Development - [10%]
  • Customer Service - [20%]

               Main KPI’s

  • Hunting/Farming KPI (to be determined)
  • Non Exit Point % and Non Cash Refund %
  • MCC%
  • Additional KPIs to be solidified after hire

Qualifications and education requirements

  • Strong written and conversational English (ability to communicate effectively in English)
  • Fluent in Korean (written and spoken)
  • Ideally has strong knowledge of retail, and/or tourism/hospitality industries
  • Results oriented, with demonstrated examples of achieving KPIs and/or sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Account or Sales Management
  • Good understanding of inbound travel business
  • Excellent presentation skills to attend partner and client meetings
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Candidate with good network within retail industry highly preferred
