-Scan scored test data and chart into X drive day of testing and update spreadsheet. Then place chart in proper spot in file room.
-Check inventory every 3 weeks to ensure we have 6 months worth of product and software. If not order more through procurement.
-Ensure adequate number of testing packets weekly.
-Prepare upcoming biopsychosocial evaluations daily as needed.
-Prepare paper charts, folder with folder stickers, print out referral paperwork, printout ROIs unsigned, scan SIGNED ROIs into patient chart in EPIC and X drive file folder, print out stickers for testing consumables, print out feedback calendar paper and put in chart and place in proper spot in file room for upcoming feedback session. After feedback session place chart in proper spot in file room.
-Update tracking spreadsheets daily.
-Secure disposal of physical patient files that have been confirmed as digitized in the X drive that are more than 2 years old.
• Prior healthcare experience working with adults. [Required]
• Ability to work with a variety of adult patients. [Required]
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. [Required]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]

• in psychology or a related field
Work Experience:
• 1+ year work experience [Required]
