What We Want
The CNP Program Aide will assist the Bush School Center for Nonprofits & Philanthropy by engaging in various co-curricular, programmatic, marketing and outreach initiatives through our center’s work with the Bush School, TAMU, the Brazos Valley, and Texas Nonprofits.

Essential Duties/Tasks
Communication & Marketing Campaigns
Develop and promote Student Profile Look Book on social media.
Create and coordinate regular content, including alumni and student spotlight stories, for the newsletter and social media.
Assist with alumni, undergraduate, and Brazos Valley outreach initiatives.
Assist the Marketing & Communications team by taking photos/ videos at programs/events and coordinating creative content.
Assist with the growth of CNP's social media presence by sharing and engaging through CNP’s social media accounts.
Assist with CRM data entry and utilization.
Support Co-Curricular Programs & Events
Provide administrative support for CNP’s continuing education certificates (Canvas course creation etc).
Coordinate nonprofit-related events/lunch discussions for students, and career-oriented workshops.
Support student organizations as needed.
These organizations could include (but are not limited to) PSO, AFP student chapter, 180 Degrees Consulting, 12th Can, REACH, etc.
Project Coordinator for the Bush Board Fellows Program
Recruit and match student Bush Board Fellows with nonprofit host agencies.
Coordinate and provide follow-up and continuous support to receive feedback from Bush Board Fellow participants and host agencies.
Coordinate regular in-person information sessions, program meetings, and ceremonies.
Serve as primary coordinator and point of contact for Bush Board Fellows Pinning Ceremony in December of 2026.
Qualifications
Required Education
High School diploma/GED.
No prior experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing/overseeing student organizations and programs.
Previous work in the local community, especially with local nonprofit organizations and volunteer work.
Experience developing creative content.
Experience with design and data management tools including Canva, Excel, G Suite, CRM, etc.
CRM Experience with Hubspot or Monday.com.
Photo/Video Experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Data Management.
Customer Service.
