VP HR, Safety & Security

Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer, the VP HR, Safety and Security leads UL Solutions’ global Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Business Continuity, and Physical Security programs to protect employees, the environment, company assets, operations, and brand reputation. The role sets enterprise strategy and standards, ensures compliance with applicable local/state/federal/international requirements (including duty of care), drives a company-wide safety and security culture, and oversees incident response, audits, and executive-level reporting of key safety performance metrics.
