Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to support critical accounting operations across revenue recognition, payroll accounting, commissions, inventory reserves, and financial reporting. This role serves as a key bridge between high-volume transactional activity and strategic financial reporting, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial data.

The ideal candidate will oversee revenue and payroll-related accounting processes, manage account reconciliations, support month-end close activities, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Finance, Tax, Operations, and Sales. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, analyzing inventory reserves, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, including ASC 842 lease accounting requirements.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with large volumes of financial data, identifying trends and risks, and partnering with stakeholders to drive accuracy and continuous improvement across accounting processes.

Employee Value Proposition

This is more than a traditional accounting role. As a Senior Accountant, you'll have the opportunity to influence both day-to-day financial operations and strategic business decisions by transforming complex financial data into meaningful insights.

You'll gain broad exposure across revenue accounting, payroll, commissions, inventory analysis, lease accounting, tax, and financial reporting, making this an ideal opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with leaders across Finance, Tax, Operations, Sales, and other business functions, giving you the opportunity to build strong cross-functional partnerships and make a measurable impact on business performance.

We're looking for someone who enjoys digging into the details while also seeing the bigger picture. If you're passionate about process improvement, financial accuracy, data analysis, and driving operational excellence, you'll find opportunities to grow your expertise and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.

This role offers a dynamic environment where your ideas, analytical skills, and financial expertise will directly support organizational success and continuous improvement.
