What You'll Do
We are looking to add a Sales Manager to support our Louisiana team!
Lead the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programs
Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required
Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and puts together a plan for corrective action, ensures the sales account manager is kept informed
Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required
Ensures customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facility
Analyze data and ensure program performance using KPIs
Report safety metrics to customer
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree; or 5+ years relevant industrial experience
Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
5 years of Recovery Boiler Experience in a Pulp & Paper/Water facility

The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,130.00 and $149,776.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
