Job Description

As Product Supply Senior Financial Analyst, you act as a trusted finance business partner to both the Global Technical organization and the manufacturing plants. You translate complex financial data into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement across cost, performance and investment initiatives.

 

  • Partner with Global Technical Organization and Plant leadership to understand cost structures, analyze cost-saving initiatives and evaluate investment programs.

  • Coordinate the plant forecasting and budgeting cycle, including reconciliation of forecasts, budgets and actuals, with clear variance analysis and insights.

  • Assist and support plant loss analysis, benchmarking and sourcing studies, COGS analysis and financial evaluations of new business opportunities and product innovations.

  • Develop a solid understanding of the global supply network and support related financial and performance analyses.

  • Enable data-driven decisions by leveraging financial data and delivering ad-hoc analyses, insights and recommendations to the business.

Skills & Capabilities

  • University degree with key area Controlling, Financial Analysis, Economics.

  • Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities.

  • Familiarity with AI and machine-learning concepts (e.g., predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, large-language-model tools) and the ability to apply them to financial workflows.

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, cost control, budgeting and business planning.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented way of working.

  • Broad finance knowledge including Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budgeting & Forecasting and GL Accounting (US and BE GAAP).

  • A simplification and optimization mindset, driving improvements in financial processes and systems.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a cross-functional, multinational environment.

  • Experience with BI tools (Analysis for Office, WebI, Power BI) and planning systems (PBCS/FCCS, SmartView) is a strong plus.

  • Strong SAP proficiency is required.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch will be a plus.

  • Several years of experience in Finance or Controlling, preferably within Product Supply / Manufacturing Finance in a B2C environment.

  • Results-driven and commercial thinking.

  • A proactive team player who can prioritize effectively and deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Able to work autonomously on complex financial analyses and translate findings into clear conclusions and recommendations, with general guidance from manager.

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, capable of explaining complex financial topics to non-financial stakeholders.

 

 

Experience & Profile

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch will be a plus.

  • Several years of experience in Finance or Controlling, preferably within Product Supply / Manufacturing Finance in a B2C environment.

  • Results-driven and commercial thinking.

  • A proactive team player who can prioritize effectively and deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Able to work autonomously on complex financial analyses and translate findings into clear conclusions and recommendations, with general guidance from manager.

Work Model:

Hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite presence at the Belgium facility. Higher onsite presence is expected during the onboarding period and occasionally for longer stays based on business needs.
