- Salary range $113,574.00 - $121,845.00 p.a., plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
About School Infrastructure | Asset Management Division
School Infrastructure (SI) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades, and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.
About the role
This is a Contracts Administration role, working as part of a Project Management team delivering medium sized construction projects up to $15m within schools in NSW.
You will provide energetic, effective support and advice working collaboratively with the team whilst delivering a program of construction projects.

About you
- Demonstrated experience in contracts administration management systems with a focus on medium to large size projects
- Background in construction administration including procurement and cost reporting would be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in construction administration or equivalent would be highly regarded
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience in the preparation and consultation with management of project planning and budget management
- Experience in advice and support with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deliverables including the effective communication and relationships with School Principals and school communities
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
Essential requirements for the role
- Current NSW Driver’s License and ability to travel across the assigned Asset Management (AMU) region of Western Sydney
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
