JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Budget & Expense Management
- Prepare, monitor, and raise budget on internal system
- Track, consolidate, and summarize marketing expenses..
2. Marketing Program Administration
- Prepare and revise notices, guidelines, and administrative documents related to marketing and sales support programs.
- Review supporting documents and coordinate payment processing for dealers and sub-dealers.
- Prepare reports on program status, payment progress, and campaign results.
3. Dealer/Sub-dealer Coordination
- Coordinate with dealers and sub-dealers regarding program participation and administrative requirements.
- Follow up and manage contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain and organize marketing records, contracts, and payment documents.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
- Support data collection and analysis for marketing activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- From 1 year of work experiences in Sales/ Marketing Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
