Description
Current Opportunities:
NDT Technicians
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting ultrasonic, dye penetrant, magnetic particle & Eddy Current Inspections
- Inspecting composite and metallic components to exacting standards
- Supporting root cause investigations and quality assurance activities
- Maintaining accurate inspection records and certification compliance
- Working collaboratively with manufacturing and engineering teams
Ideal experience:
- Minimum Level 2 NDT Qualification (EN4179/PCN) across key techniques.
- Strong expertise in Ultrasonic (A-Scan & Phased Array), Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dye Penetrant & Visual Inspection. Exposure to analysis of 3D CT data using Volume Graphics software an advantage.
- Experience within motorsport, aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively within shift-based operations
Composite Inspectors
- Inspection of carbon fibre composite components & assemblies
- Verification against engineering drawings and specifications
- Identification and reporting of defects or non-conformances
- Supporting production quality throughout manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of laminate ply inspection & trim assembly in process inspections advantageous.
Ideal experience:
- Previous composite inspection experience within motorsport, aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing
- Knowledge of composite manufacturing methods
- Interpretation of engineering drawings and GD&T
- Experience using inspection equipment and measurement tools and operating polyworks software on Hexagon Absolute Laser Arms
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Mechanical Inspectors
Key responsibilities:
- Dimensional inspection of precision-engineered components
- Use of metrology equipment including CMM, Hexagon Absolute Laser Arms and conventional inspection tools
- Interpretation of engineering drawings and GD&T
- Supporting production and continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal experience:
- Previous mechanical inspection experience within motorsport, aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing
- Experience with PC-DMIS programming.
- Use of PC-DMIS & Pollyworks measurement software
- Strong understanding of mechanical inspection techniques
- Familiarity with quality systems and documentation
- Flexibility to support varying shift patterns
