Job Description
Sincerus Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager (PM) who shall be responsible for overseeing the performance of all work under the contract, including deliverables, quality control, contract execution, and reporting. The PM coordinates with INL program representatives and must have authority to make major implementation decisions. The PM must possess sufficient experience in process mapping, auditing, project management, preferably in the security assistance sector, and any other areas relevant to the scope of work.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, process mapping, performance management, and/or auditing and administration
- U.S. Citizen
- Secret Clearance
- At least two (2) years' experience as team lead or managing staff
- At least two (2) years' experience supporting overseas logistics programs, preferable OCONUS and in defense articles
- Experience developing training materials, procedures, and policy
- Fluent in English, additional fluency in French and/or Haitian Creole preferred
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven ability to produce clear, concise, written reports and presentations in English
- Based in Port-au Prince, Haiti
- Able to drive armored vehicles
- Excellent interpersonnel skills
- Bachelor's degree
