Job Description
The R&D Scientist is an entry level position supporting business growth through development & commercialization of new products, representation in industry, and interactions with customers. They are building subject matter expertise in chocolate and compound formulation, manufacturing, and use. Their primary responsibilities are developing & altering formulas, supporting troubleshooting, starting basic research of key ingredients, and maintaining paperwork & communication for both internal and external stakeholders. The R&D Scientist I is expected to approach projects and situations with technical acumen and thoughtful problem solving.
