Position Summary: The Twin View Assistant Manager will assist the Twin View General Manager in leading all restaurant operations. This individual will be responsible for both the strategic planning and the day-to-day functions of the F&B operations. This individual will ensure high standards of food & beverage quality and service while maximizing profits. The Twin View Assistant Manager will be responsible for implementing standard operating procedures, conducting and completing training procedures and processes for team members, maintaining strong expense controls and financial management, assisting with internal controls and audits, and oversight of state & county inspections and licensing.
