Are you an outgoing problem solver who can prioritize multiple requests? Reporting to the Senior Manager, Pricing Administration and Merchandising Support, you will be responsible for the costing and pricing of all LCBO Products, coordinating all major price changes and ensuring adherence to all pricing policies, regulations, and procedures.

About the Role
- Execute and analyze pricing activities, including price changes and adjustments.
- Prepare financial invoices and verify their accuracy, ensuring supplier quotations comply with established guidelines.
- Liaise with LCBO management, auditors, and trade partners on pricing matters, clearly articulating pricing regulations and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders and ensuring effective distribution of pricing information.
- Investigate and compile relevant data to support the Senior Manager in addressing inquiries and resolving issues with LCBO management and trade partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
About You
- Knowledge of pricing administration processes and procedures, supported by relevant education and experience in a pricing or costing environment.
- Knowledge of LCBO and government legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Proficient in SAP and LCBO systems, with strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Access).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail; capable of executing and validating complex pricing activities and financial data.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with leadership, auditors, finance, and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset, with the ability to identify root causes and support resolution of pricing issues.
- Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and responding to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
