Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Find and develop sales opportunities for Bühler solutions.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and help grow the customer base.
- Visit customers and prospects to understand their needs and promote solutions.
- Actively promote Bühler’s products and services, especially Short Cycle Business and Customer Service offerings.
- Monitor the market and share feedback, customer insights, and sales intelligence.
- Prepare for and carry out sales negotiations.
- Keep customer, contact, lead, and opportunity data updated in the CRM system.
- Support revenue and profit generation within the assigned area.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Good written and spoken English.
- A university degree in economics, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- Apprenticeship in sales, technical, or commercial work is a plus.
- Industry knowledge of the Bühler portfolio relevant to the business area is expected.
- Experience using sales IT tools is required.
- Experience in digital selling is desirable.
- Previous experience in technical departments is an advantage.
