Customer Service Sales Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Find and develop sales opportunities for Bühler solutions.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and help grow the customer base.
  • Visit customers and prospects to understand their needs and promote solutions.
  • Actively promote Bühler’s products and services, especially Short Cycle Business and Customer Service offerings.
  • Monitor the market and share feedback, customer insights, and sales intelligence.
  • Prepare for and carry out sales negotiations.
  • Keep customer, contact, lead, and opportunity data updated in the CRM system.
  • Support revenue and profit generation within the assigned area.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • A university degree in economics, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
  • Apprenticeship in sales, technical, or commercial work is a plus.
  • Industry knowledge of the Bühler portfolio relevant to the business area is expected.
  • Experience using sales IT tools is required.
  • Experience in digital selling is desirable.
  • Previous experience in technical departments is an advantage.
