Ansell is looking for a Tendering Platform Associate Specialist EMEA to join our team in Cracow, Poland or UK, Remote.
The Tendering Platform Associate Specialist supports the Chemical Body Protection Tender Team within the Chemical Business Unit by systematically identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across EMEA tender platforms.
The role focuses on early‑stage opportunity identification, pipeline management, and accurate data handling, enabling the Senior Sales and Tender Teams to concentrate on high‑value, strategic opportunities.

What your role will be?
Monitor and manage tender platforms across the EMEA region to identify relevant business opportunities for the Chemical BU.
Qualify new opportunities and assess initial product fit against the Chemical portfolio.
Maintain and manage the opportunity pipeline within CRM, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Support tender subscription management, including renewals and optimization of search profiles.
Maintain an organized and accessible internal repository of tender documentation.
Act as a key point of contact for internal vertical stakeholders, supporting effective communication and coordination with regional teams.
Support the tender and sales teams by providing reliable early‑stage opportunity visibility and data quality.
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law is preferred or equivalent practical experience
Job Experience
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, data‑driven, tendering, procurement, or sales support role.
Exposure to tender or procurement platforms (e.g. TED, Mercell) and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) is an advantage.
Experience in Health & Safety or PPE industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge and Skills
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability for data quality.
Ability to manage repetitive, structured daily workflows while handling multiple deadlines.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Interest in public procurement, tendering, or sales support environments.
Ability and willingness to develop knowledge of chemical protective applications and global tender platforms.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheet and CRM tools is an advantage.
Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive and learn‑oriented attitude.
Desirable Competencies
Experience in a tendering or procurement environment
Practical knowledge of tender platforms
Experience in administrative, data entry, and sales support is highly desirable
Developing ability to review tender documentation and assess key business objectives

Additional Requirements:
Minimal travel (<5%), with occasional travel for training or key meetings.
