Responsibilities:
Gain insights into various departments within CLF Business Development and actively support their global growth initiatives
Support the planning, organization, and follow-up of training events
Conduct and evaluate needs assessments with relevant target groups
Revise, further develop, and optimize training materials from a didactic perspective
Prepare monthly reports
Create and maintain content for the website and social media channels
Collaborate with internal departments and support cross-functional training initiatives
Contribute within Global Pricing (e.g., preparation of pricing reports, maintenance of dashboards, support of pricing processes)
Participate in building and further developing the online shop
Provide support in Corporate Communications (e.g., content creation, communication planning, event organization)
Analyze and track KPIs across various business areas (e.g., Aftermarket, Pricing) and support optimization initiatives
Contribute to Digital Business Development (e.g., development of value propositions, support of go-to-market activities
Qualifications:
General university entrance qualification (Abitur) or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with strong academic performance, ideally with a focus on business/economics
Strong interest in business administration contexts as well as interfaces with technical topics
Analytical and structured way of working
High willingness to learn, initiative, and sense of responsibility
Team player with strong communication skills in an international environment
Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Interest in digital business models, data-driven processes, and international market structures
