Job Description

Responsibilities:
Cutting and preparing rubber samples for dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA)
Operating modern DMA testing equipment to determine viscoelastic material properties
Conducting temperature, frequency, and time sweep measurements according to internal testing methods
Evaluating and analyzing measurement data
Documenting results in standardized reports (e.g., Excel)
Supporting the interpretation of results with regard to material properties
Assisting with general laboratory tasks (equipment maintenance, organization, documentation)
Supporting compound preparation and sample preparation
Performing and assisting with aging tests
Qualifications:
Enrolled student (e.g., materials science, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or similar)
Interest in materials, laboratory work, and testing methods
Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
Team player with a hands-on mentality
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
