Responsibilities:
Sets production parameters on injection molding machines
Checks quality and approves the first piece
Operates material-handling equipment such as forklifts and cranes
Leads a small team of operators
Records shift progress
Qualifications:
Experience in a similar position in manufacturing
Knowledge of the principles of operating injection molding machines
Skill, reliability, and punctuality
Ability and willingness to learn new things
Proactive attitude, positive personality
