Job Description
- Create and execute a landing plan to translate a GTM strategic priority initiative into training and a narrative for managers, sellers and partners by leveraging existing channels.
- Impact and assess the impact of changes by persona and assess field readiness.
- Act as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with key GTM stakeholders.
- Drive field engagement and adoption by applying standardized methodologies, leveraging always-on communication channels, and cultivating a global network of change advocates.
- Establish a continuous feedback loop to measure field adoption and drive ongoing improvements in how effectively we land change with managers, sellers, and partners.
