Exciting Opportunity for Quality Controller – Automotive After Sales!
Are you passionate about quality assurance and delivering exceptional service standards? We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller to ensure all workshop repairs and services meet established quality requirements and performance standards. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, improving first-time fix rates, and ensuring the highest levels of workmanship and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all quality assurance procedures and workshop standards are consistently followed.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests to verify repair quality and compliance with performance standards.
• Record inspection and testing results accurately and maintain quality control documentation.
• Assist and advise Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers on quality-related matters.
• Support the achievement of "Fix It Right First Time" objectives by identifying and addressing quality concerns.
• Collect, maintain, and update records of work performed and related job cards/repair orders.
• Ensure workshop areas are clean, organized, and maintained in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with the calibration, servicing, and maintenance of workshop equipment as required.
• Maintain daily quality assurance records and reports.
• Identify and report safety-related concerns to the Service Advisor and management.
• Actively participate in health and safety compliance initiatives.
• Maintain company assets and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
Requirements:
• Education: High Diploma in Mechanics.
• Certification: Advanced Technician Qualification Certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar automotive workshop role.
• License: Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Skills & Abilities: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, quality assurance standards, and diagnostic procedures. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality concerns effectively.
• Technical Skills: Computer literate with proficiency in standard office and workshop management systems.
