Responsibilities / Tasks
- Support the preparation of quotations, commercial offers, and cost estimates
- Assist with technical clarifications in coordination with Business Lines
- Collaborate closely with sales support teams, factories, and internal stakeholders
- Support Sales Managers and sales channels to meet customer and business requirements
- Monitor order execution, with attention to costs, margins, and risks
- Use CRM and sales tools to manage customer information, requests, and opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries, including coordination with indirect sales channels
- Contribute to pre-sales activities and offer management processes
- Develop product knowledge and build expertise in the assigned product line
Your Profile / Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical, or similar)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in sales processes and tools (ordering, pricing, CRM systems)
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate across functions, levels, and cultures
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to engage effectively at different organizational levels
- Good understanding of international business environments and customer expectations
- Solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Resilient, proactive, and can-do attitude
- Team player with strong networking and negotiation skills
