Assistant Coach, Men's and Women's Track and Field (Athletics)

Implement training programs for student-athletes in Throwing Events. Recruit both women and men’s Throwers. Monitor academic progress of student-athletes. Perform administrative duties. Assist in all areas of the Track Field program, including day-to-day operations. Oversee practice, both team and individual. Coordinate all Drachman Stadium facility operations. Budget accountability. Additional duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills Abilities: Knowledge of NCAA rules pertaining to recruitment and eligibility. Commitment to academic and athletic success.
