JPI has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Execution Manager to join our Supply Chain team located in Dallas, TX.
The Supply Chain Execution Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Execution vertical within the Supply Chain department, overseeing a team of Execution Leads and Specialists across multiple projects. This role drives the strategy and operational performance of material procurement, logistics, and delivery to support construction operations at scale. The Supply Chain Execution Manager ensures consistent execution standards, cross-project visibility, and team development while serving as a senior point of escalation for field, project, and vendor issues.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Directly manage and develop a team of Supply Chain Execution Leads and Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Set clear performance expectations and accountability standards across the Execution team.
Build team capacity, identify skill gaps, and implement training and development plans to strengthen execution capability.
Foster a field-first, collaborative team culture aligned with JPI’s guiding principles.
Supply Chain Execution Strategy & Oversight
Own end-to-end execution standards and processes for material procurement, logistics, and delivery across all assigned projects and markets.
Develop and maintain execution playbooks, SOPs, and delivery frameworks that scale across projects and geographies.
Monitor cross-project supply chain performance and proactively identify systemic risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Field and Project Coordination
Serve as the senior supply chain escalation point for field leadership, project teams, and construction management on execution-related issues.
Partner with superintendents, project managers, and commercial managers to align material delivery plans with project schedules and phasing.
Resolve complex material shortages, substitutions, and delivery conflicts that exceed the authority of Leads or Specialists.
Manage strategic vendor relationships across the Execution vertical, ensuring contract performance, delivery reliability, and quality standards.
Vendor and Supplier Management
Manage strategic vendor relationships across the Execution vertical, ensuring contract performance, delivery reliability, and quality standards.
Oversee vendor performance reporting and hold suppliers accountable to agreed SLAs across projects.
Partner with the Commercial vertical on vendor escalations, contract renewals, and supplier development initiatives.
Technology and Software Proficiency: Procore, Sage, Airtable, Microsoft Suite

Education, Work Experience, & Physical Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Business, or related field; 7+ years of experience in construction logistics, procurement, or materials coordination, including at least 2 years in a people management or team lead capacity.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a team across multiple concurrent projects.
Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite operations.
Experience building or improving supply chain processes and SOPs at scale.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data across projects. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Expectations
Act as a representative and advocate of JPI’s culture and guiding principles.
Maintain full-time, in-person collaboration (Monday–Friday). Combination of office and jobsite environment.
Require regular project site visits across the portfolio.
Demonstrate regular collaboration with project, field, corporate, and executive teams. Lead and develop direct reports in a high-accountability, high-support environment.
