Job Description

The Executive Casino Host is responsible for strategic player acquisition and relationship management to drive revenue growth and enhance the property's competitive market position. This role requires developing and maintaining high-value player relationships through personalized service delivery, targeted marketing initiatives, and comprehensive guest engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate a portfolio of premium players, ensuring consistent personal attention and service delivery aligned with established marketing strategies and company objectives.
  • Execute targeted player acquisition initiatives through direct sales activities, including direct mail campaigns, telemarketing outreach, referral programs, guest visitations, and on-site and off-site marketing events.
  • Establish and maintain strategic one-on-one relationships with high-value guests to foster loyalty, encourage repeat business, and maximize lifetime player value.
  • Implement player reactivation strategies through systematic telemarketing and personalized outreach to address declined play patterns.
  • Represent the organization in public relations and marketing endeavors, both internally and externally, to reinforce company goals and generate sustainable business growth.
  • Address guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism, responsiveness, and courtesy to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Administer complimentary services in accordance with company and departmental comping guidelines and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue metrics generated through marketing activities to assess performance and optimize player development strategies.
  • Participate in player development and marketing initiatives to strengthen guest relationships and enhance organizational loyalty programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience in a related field
  • Minimum five years of progressive experience in customer service, with preferred experience in the gaming or hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and professionally
  • Proven leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with player tracking systems and casino management software platforms
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all certifications and licenses required by applicable gaming regulations and local authorities
  • Flexibility to accommodate variable work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline
  • Seven or more years of experience in player development, VIP services, or premium guest relations within the gaming industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and revenue metrics interpretation
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and player acquisition strategies
  • Certification in hospitality management or gaming industry professional development programs
