MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
As a Commis de Cuisine, you will be responsible for preparing tableware and cutlery for use using an automatic washing and rinsing machine as well as support our kitchen with various tasks. You ensure that your work area is clean and the crockery and cutlery are dried and polished if necessary. In addition, you identify problems with equipment and HACCP guidelines are followed. In doing so, you contribute to keeping quality high within the hotel.
PROFILE
We are looking for someone with a passion for the hospitality industry who possesses the following qualities:
Eye for detail;
No 9 to 5 mentality;
You are available to work evenings and weekends;
Independent and responsible;
A team player;
Experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
