For more information, visit BOAFIT.COM BOA Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd. is a legal branch established by BOA Technology Inc. in China, responsible for the liaison and management of the company's OEM and suppliers, technical support for all cooperative brand factories and solving quality problems, as well as the marketing and sales of the entire Greater China. Overview of Role Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, support the purchasing department in ordering, and managing the acquisition of goods, materials, and services. Day-to-day order handling and communicate with suppliers, customer service, warehouse and planning team to ensure goods available on time. Core Responsibilities • Reflect and role model BOA’s vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the supply chain team and rest of the organization • Manage day‑to‑day purchase requisition and purchase order activities, including creation, revision, cancellation, and invoice posting • Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services • Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and related documentation • Identify potential risks and escalate issues to the supervisor/manager according to standard procedures in timely manner • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. customer service, planning, warehouse, finance) to ensure purchasing requirements are met • Support inventory monitoring and replenishment activities • Manage supplier communications, including inquiries, follow‑ups, and issue resolution • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations • Perform general administrative duties related to procurement and purchasing operations Required Qualifications • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain field is preferred • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered) • Basic written English communication skills are required; proficiency in Mandarin is required; Cantonese is an advantage. • Familiar with MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar) Desired Qualifications • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment. • Strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team • Shoes manufacturing or international trading industry is preferred. • Experience in Purchasing/Procurement Analyst or in a similar analytical role within procurement or supply chain will be an advantage.
