For more information, visit BOAFIT.COM BOA Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd. is a legal branch established by BOA Technology Inc. in China, responsible for the liaison and management of the company's OEM and suppliers, technical support for all cooperative brand factories and solving quality problems, as well as the marketing and sales of the entire Greater China. Overview of Role Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, the Financial Accountant will work across multiple departments to prepare our daily and monthly accounting processes that are executed accurately and perform variance analysis against budget and forecast. You will support the Global Finance Team and cross-functional teams in various budgeting and forecasting processes. This role opens for based in HongKong and Shenzhen. Core Responsibilities • Reflect and role model BOA’s vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the Finance team and rest of the organization • Responsible for full set of accounts, including bookkeeping, AP and all day-to-day financial operations • Perform monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, and communicate key drivers • Develop and account for fixed asset management • Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans • Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax representatives and external service providers regarding audit, tax and accounting related matters • Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the Ops accounting function • Develop and implement internal control management • Support additional tasks and initiatives to advance the Finance and Operations strategy and plan Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline • 2+ years of in-house accounting experience • Comfort using software programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint to perform complex accounting functions and present financial reports • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people across the globe • Experience in handling full set of accounting • Occasionally travel between Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices, and other countries is required Desired Qualifications • Previous experience in using NetSuite, PowerBI • Accounting and related certification (CPA, LCCI, ACCA etc.) • Knowledge of Mainland China and Hong Kong Accounting Standard and tax regulations We Offer We’re committed to helping our people be themselves, be well, and grow.
