Job Description

As a Cloud Onboarding Advisor for Japan at Acronis, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in guiding Japanese partners and customers through the successful adoption and implementation of Acronis cloud solutions. You will be the primary technical and strategic point of contact, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Lead and manage the onboarding process for new and existing Japanese partners and customers, from initial engagement to successful deployment of Acronis cloud solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and technical assistance on product features, best practices, and integration strategies tailored to the Japanese market and customer needs.
  • Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations for partners and end-users, both remotely and on-site if required.
  • Collaborate closely with Acronis sales, support, and product teams to address customer requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations and customer accounts.
  • Document onboarding processes, best practices, and customer-specific configurations.
  • Gather feedback from partners and customers to contribute to product improvement and service enhancements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Acronis cloud solutions within the Japanese market.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
  • Proven experience in a technical advisory, professional services, or solutions architect role, preferably within the cloud computing or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS models, and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity concepts is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
