- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Assumes responsibility for the collection of specimens that include blood and/or urine before or after race. - Maintains logs of activities performed including all collections and verifies packaging of specimens; enters data into system. - Ensures all paperwork pertaining to collection performed is completed properly including horse name and time of collection; turns in all receipts, paperwork, and samples to the proper designated area. - Maintains a clean and sanitary worksite; wears required uniform and safety materials as needed. - Attends and participates in professional group meetings; maintains awareness of new trends and innovations in the field of Veterinary Phlebotomy. -...
