Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager within Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring, you will play a key role in building strategic healthcare partnerships and creating long-term value for our customers. You will be part of the Service and Solution Delivery team, where we value professionalism, collaboration, and an enjoyable work environment. You will join a diverse, cross-functional team. The location can be flexible but preferably you can be based out of our offices in Mölndal or Umeå.


 

Your role:

  • Build long-term strategic partnerships and drive customer success throughout the contract period

  • Establish and co-lead joint governance organizations with customers to achieve short- and long-term goals and objectives. This includes planning and leading regular governance meetings on operational, tactical, and strategic levels.

  • Monitor and secure the performance of the solution and, together with customers, identify clinical and technical needs that maximize the value of the solution for the clinical staff and patients

  • Coordinate activities within the Philips customer-centric team and ensure alignment between the internal stakeholders (incl. sales, project managers, technical field service engineers, clinical application specialists and technical consultants etc.)

  • Understand customer challenges, support daily operations, help resolve issues and provide relevant information, always with the patient in focus

  • Create long-term plans together with customers to continuously develop and optimize our solutions to meet changing operational needs. Support customers in achieving their desired outcomes across clinical, technical, operational, and IT-related areas

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the successful introduction of new products, ensuring smooth implementation and maximizing customer value



You're the right fit if you:

  • Have at least 4 years’ experience in customer relationship management, project/program management and/or management consulting

  • Have strong skills in stakeholder management and a proven ability to deliver results in complex organizations

  • Value continuous learning and are interested in the intersection of people and technology

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Health, or a related field.

  • Are fluent in Swedish and English

  • Ideally have experience from the healthcare sector
