Director of Demand Generation & Digital Strategy

Position Purpose: We are hiring a Director of Demand Generation & Digital Strategy to architect and lead the next generation of Beeline's global demand engine. This is a transformation leadership role focused on evolving Beeline’s marketing organization into a modern, pipeline-first revenue engine. You will own how marketing generates pipeline across our portfolio of products, evolve our digital ecosystem, build the measurement system the executive team uses to evaluate marketing performance, and shape how workforce orchestration shows up in the market across every channel that touches a buyer. This role will also play a key part in bringing Beeline’s workforce orchestration vision to market and shaping how the category narrative shows up across demand generation, digital experiences, and buyer engagement.

The right person has built a modern, pipeline-first demand engine before. You think in opportunity creation, not MQL volume. You are fluent in attribution, comfortable in Salesforce, and at home in a CFO conversation about marketing ROI. You bring strategic clarity, operational rigor, and the ability to lead through ambiguity in a growth-stage, PE-backed environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own pipeline generation. Set the demand strategy, the channel mix, and the campaign plan that delivers our marketing-sourced pipeline target. Build the pipeline math (ACV, conversion, sales cycle, source mix) and refresh it every quarter against the data
  • Lead the digital strategy. Lead paid search, paid social, programmatic display, content syndication, ABM, email nurture, webinars, and partner with digital and web team to optimize the website conversion experience as part of a connected demand ecosystem. Drive experimentation and continuous optimization across digital programs
  • Co-own the marketing performance scoreboard. Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to build the executive-facing report that shows pipeline by source, channel ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Move us toward modern multi-touch attribution and away from vanity metrics
  • Drive pipeline acceleration. Build motions that move opportunities through long enterprise sales cycles, keep the buying group engaged, and shorten time-to-close
  • Partner across the revenue function. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with SDR leadership, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Partner Marketing to generate a deep pipeline.
  • Build the team and the agency strategy. Lead the demand gen function, grow the team underneath you, and shape the agency footprint that supports it. Evaluate, optimize, and rationalize partners aligned to pipeline outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience in workforce tech, HR tech, staffing tech, or adjacent enterprise B2B SaaS categories
  • Track record marketing to a procurement, HR, and IT buying committee, especially in enterprise
  • Multi-product portfolio experience across a complex enterprise GTM offering
  • Partner ecosystem demand experience (MSP, technology partner, or SI co-marketing)
  • Experience building or operating a demand function inside a PE-backed company

Desired Competencies:

  • 8 to 12 years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least five years in a senior leadership seat. You have owned a demand engine end to end, not just executed inside one
  • A pipeline-first operating mindset. You believe new opportunity creation is the metric that matters, and you can talk about why with conviction and specifics from your own experience
  • Fluent in Salesforce, comfortable with multi-touch attribution, and experienced with intent platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or Influ2 in a real campaign context
  • A digital strategy operator's toolkit. Deep fluency in paid media, content syndication, ABM, website conversion, and the modern B2B SaaS marketing tech stack
  • Executive presence and financial fluency. You speak the language of pipeline economics. You can walk into a CFO conversation knowing the numbers and walk out with alignment. Comfortable operating in executive-level conversations around pipeline performance, attribution, marketing ROI, and revenue impact
  • Category and transformation experience. You have helped a brand reposition, define, or own a new market category. You are comfortable in environments where the operating model is being rebuilt, not maintained
  • Cross-functional leadership. Demonstrated success partnering with SDR, Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing teams.
  • AI-native operator. You use AI agents as part of how you and your team work, not as a side project. You compress research, drafting, analysis, and reporting where AI helps, and bring senior judgment where it does not. You have a point of view on how AI changes what good demand generation looks like
