Position Purpose: The Director, Client Implementation leads to the successful onboarding and implementation of new client partnerships, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to long-term service delivery. This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of implementation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. The Director, Client Implementation serves as a strategic partner to clients, providing guidance, managing expectations, and proactively addressing risks to ensure an exceptional implementation This position is responsible for defining best practices, strengthening operational processes, and driving continuous improvement to maximize client satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Position Purpose: The PMO Program Specialist is responsible for the qualification process and for facilitating and monitoring the entire IC/SOW process life cycle and establishing and managing relationships between the IC's/SP's and the Engagement Managers to ensure that all processes are executed in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities:

Process Lifecycle:

  • Establishing and building a professional rapport, following up consistently and maintaining on-going contact and communication with both the Engagement Manager and the IC Candidate throughout the IC evaluation process – from initial request to successful onboarding
  • Manage all escalations through to resolution engaging the client, MBO PMO Manager and the MBO Account Director as needed
  • Provide IC/SOW program education
  • SOW creation and management
  • Monitor approvals by manager and service provider, create amendments for changes, track PO spend and monitor project end date
  • Ensure timely submittal of time, expense and milestone payments, audit for accurate invoicing information and research and resolve supplier payment issues
  • Act as a cooperative and contributing team member of the IC/SOW program to ensure that a high level of service is always offered to customers, suppliers, and program stakeholders

Service Excellence:

  • Ensure that all key service delivery objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement of service delivery processes and in maintaining and improving stakeholder experience
  • Proactively identify service delivery issues and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Maintain project and case records in the designated technology platforms
  • Proactively manage open cases and cycle time for the end-to-end process from request to IC eval completion through to successful onboarding
  • Drive process refinement and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Upon request, produce standard and ad-hoc reports from technology platforms

Requirements:

  • Proficient in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Proficient negotiation skills
  • Proven customer service skills 
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks that require attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and/or contribute to a team environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Functional PC skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint other internet-based web tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Procurement, technical, or business-related experience preferred
