Your mission

Hallo und herzlich willkommen bei Sungrow!
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Inside Sales team in the Utility / ESS segment. We designed the role as part-time to begin with, but are more than eager to develop this role with you at a later stage.
Curious what your role will look like? Let’s dive in:
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Prepare quotations and follow up until successful deal closure
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)
  • Qualify leads and support the key account sales team
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Logistics, Marketing, and Technical Support

Your profile

That sounded great, right? To make sure you feel happy and successful in this position, it would be ideal if you bring along:
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, structured, and team-oriented work style
  • German and English C1; additional languages are always a plus
