🔧 Your Responsibilities
As an IT Support Engineer, you will:
Provide friendly and professional phone and email support, including handling reclamations and recording technical complaints
Deliver technical troubleshooting support to both customers and field colleagues
Support customers with remote installations and system configurations
Manage service orders with a focus on fast turnaround times
Handle product returns, billing of installation orders, and assist with invoice-related queries
Coordinate and schedule field technicians, ensuring clear timelines and efficient planning
Maintain high-quality communication with both customers and internal teams
🎓 Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who want to grow into software or advanced technical roles.
You bring:
A Professional Bachelor’s degree in IT (or similar), or equivalent experience (approx. 5 years in technical support)
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
General understanding of technical systems and product environments
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to plan and coordinate technician schedules effectively
Nice to have:
Experience in the medical device sector
Experience working with an ERP system
Basic networking knowledge
🌍 Language Requirements
Fluent Dutch (essential)
Professional English (daily working language)
French is a strong advantage in the Belgian market
