You will lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative, data-driven logistics solutions that help win new business and shape large-scale operational implementations. The position requires deep expertise in supply chain strategy, warehouse design, and automation technologies, combined with strong commercial awareness to align solutions with client needs. You will act as a key advisor throughout the RFP and solutioning lifecycle, translating customer challenges into scalable, high-impact operating models. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, involving close partnership with engineering, analytics, and implementation teams. You will also play a leadership role in mentoring solution design talent while continuously improving methodologies, tools, and design standards.
