Title:
Business Excellence LeadThe Role
The Business Excellence Lead is responsible for owning execution discipline, business cadence and follow-through across DNTS (UK), supporting the effective delivery of company direction and leadership priorities. The role provides the structure, coordination and governance required to maintain an effective operating rhythm, ensuring actions, reporting and communications are managed consistently and to a high standard.
Working across functions, the role enables stronger delivery discipline, performance visibility and organisational alignment, while supporting the embedding of transformation outputs into business-as-usual activity and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
Location
Leatherhead – hybrid working with a minimum of three days per week on-site, supported by agile working practices, with additional travel to the London office as required.
Security Requirements
Due to project security requirements, candidates must be eligible for UK security clearance. This typically requires sole British citizenship and 5-year footprint in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Own Senior Leadership Team (SLT) action tracking, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
Lead business cadence, including leadership forums, governance routines, and delivery oversight
Coordinate high-quality performance reporting (e.g. WAR, Blue Book, MBR inputs) to provide clear insight
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive alignment, influence outcomes, and ensure delivery of priorities
Manage internal communications including town halls, leadership briefings, and key messaging
Embed transformation outputs into day-to-day operations, ensuring sustainable change
Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and productivity
Work cross-functionally to ensure coordination and execution across business priorities
What we Need
Strong knowledge of business operations, governance frameworks, and delivery discipline
Proven ability to manage reporting cycles and ensure high-quality, accurate management information and performance outputs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively across functions
Highly organised, with the ability to manage business cadence, track actions, and prioritise multiple activities while ensuring consistent follow-through
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Relevant experience in business operations, PMO, transformation, or a related discipline
Desirable:
Professional qualification in business or management
Project management certification
