Job Description

Working Location: Kai Tak, Kowloon

Employment Duration: 2-year contract

 

Applications are invited for the above position in the Human Resources Department. The appointee will be responsible for providing all-rounded HR services and supporting various HR activities as follows:

  • Administer HR activities in HR system, e.g. pre-hiring, onboarding, personal information update, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including confidential and sensitive documents
  • Assist in preparing and distributing HR-related documents, including staff cards and letters
  • Handle the benefits administration, including liaison with vendor
  • Assist in managing and resolving employees’ service tickets in an efficient and effective manner
  • Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor when required 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration / HR Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Independent, detail-oriented, well organized, self-motivated with strong administration & interpersonal skills and able to work under tight timeline and pressure
  • Be sensible in handling confidential information 
  • Basic knowledge of HR related policies and procedures, with understanding of employment related ordinances and regulations
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Excellent in the use of MS Office applications. Experience in using Oracle HR application or any automation tool/ knowledge in AI usage would be an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Associate
