The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analysis and Project Management Specialist in Data Management to join the team. The role supports the end-to-end data creation process across key business domains, including Offer, Order, Design, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Dispatching.

Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, the position focuses on ensuring data consistency, quality, and compliance with corporate standards. The role combines data management, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and support for system enhancements in a global environment.

How you'll make an impact

  • Review, design, and implement master data processes for selected data objects.
  • Document processes and share knowledge with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent management of product, material, and document data.
  • Enhance and implement data quality monitoring procedures.
  • Provide functional and technical support to local business units.
  • Participate in UAT activities for data management solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Deliver training on data management processes and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement of data governance and management standards.

Your background

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA, including MM, SD, and PP modules.
  • Experience with SAP integration technologies and related best practices.
  • Master's degree in IT, a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving, data analysis, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Experience working in multinational organizations with a high level of cultural awareness.
