We’re hiring a Director of Digital Product to lead our US Consumer Shop on americanexpress.com—our digital shopping experiences for US personal Card and banking products. You will own a major product roadmap (refreshes, uplifts, personalization) and lead a robust experimentation program to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Set and deliver the US Consumer Shop roadmap, including major experience improvements and personalization
- Lead an always-on experimentation strategy, ensuring tests are well-designed, well-measured, and turned into action
- Partner across marketing, design, analytics, engineering, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions quickly
- Lead and develop a team of product managers and product owners; communicate priorities and outcomes clearly
- 10+ years of digital product management experience with strong delivery and stakeholder leadership
- Strong background in experimentation and data-driven optimization
- Proven people leadership and cross-functional execution
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong operational risk mindset
- Agile expertise: experience with personalization and experimentation tooling (including GenAI fluency)
