We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program ( designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026 and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes) It is a full time experience 40 h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant
Internship Job Description
- Tasks to be carried out by the student.
Within the Future Capabilities organization, the intern will:
Support the Concept Design of Aerial Vehicles, focused on the link between Operational Analysis and Preliminary Design of air platforms.
Contribute to the development and interconnection of Preliminary Design and OA tools.
Define structured documentation that can be used in general training about the Preliminary Design process.
- Knowledge to be acquired by the student.
These activities will provide the intern with hands-on experience on:
Operational Analysis activities to convert final user and customer needs into Operational Requirements.
Identification of relevant stakeholders beyond the final user and/or customer.
Compilation of Top Level Requirements.
Preliminary Design of air platforms based on Top Level Requirements.
Trade-off analysis to propose new Concepts that can match identified operational needs
Tools to be used
The intern may use the following tools to carry out the assigned tasks: Google Workplace, Confluence, Jira, Cameo, OA and Preliminary Design Tools, OA databases and A/C preliminary design tools (sizing, aerodynamics, engine and mass models)

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Level B2 English.
General knowledge in System Engineering, Data-driven decision making and Digital Transformation
Skills valued:
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical management and process mapping.
Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
Ability to work in complex and international environments.
Degree in Aerospace Engineering, with a focus on Systems Design.
