Job Description
Advantech is currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition , who is responsible for overseeing and executing the recruitment and selection process within an organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
【Responsibilities】
1. Recruitment Strategy
◎ Develop and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, especially for the senior or executive level's hiring
◎ Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and forecast future talent requirements.
◎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Attraction
◎ Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
◎ Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
◎ Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
3. Selection and Assessment
◎ Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
◎ Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
◎ Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit through competency-based interviews and other assessment methods.
◎ Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions and extend job offers to selected candidates.
【What you will need】
◎ Experience on senior or executive level's hiring is preferable.
◎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
◎ Preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
◎ In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws and regulations.
◎ Strong understanding of various selection and assessment methodologies.
◎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
◎ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
◎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
◎ High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
