We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Process Control Analyst to support and further develop recruitment control, analytics and blue-collar recruitment processes within our HR Performance & Data Management GBS organization.
Location: Budapest, Hungary - Hybrid working model with home office options
Your Role
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring transparent, data-driven and efficient recruitment processes. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and HR stakeholders to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities and support high-quality recruitment delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Actively contribute to the operation and continuous development of recruitment control, recruitment analytics
Analyze recruitment KPIs, trends and performance gaps and prepare regular insights and reports
Identify improvement opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers
Support recruitment efficiency, data accuracy and process consistency through close stakeholder collaboration
Develop and maintain process documentation, standards and reporting methodologies
Stay up to date with recruitment analytics best practices and reporting trends
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR data analysis, preferably with a focus on recruitment-related data
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
Experience working with recruitment KPIs, metrics and reporting
Confident user of Excel and data analysis tools; experience with ATS and recruitment systems is an advantage
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Working proficiency in both Hungarian and English
Experience in BI and/or data visualization is an advantage
